The Goolwa Pilates Studio is located within the Goolwa Health Co.
The studio is fitted out with Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers and small pilates apparatus.
Goolwa Pilates believe that regular movement is necessary to challenge our bodies and minds to feel well, move better and look healthier.
